I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms had a stunning sea and bay view, and even my husband, who usually struggles to sleep, slept very well on the soft beds. My daughter loved having her own room, and for us adults, having two communicating rooms was a great setup. The only downside was that the view faced the backs of other buildings.

Service

The service was excellent. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the housekeeping was top-notch. I appreciated the thoughtful details like setting our table with unused cutlery and the concept of the honesty bar. The only downside was that parking was only available until 10 am.
Location

The hotel's location was fantastic. It was just a short walk to the Great Orme Tramway and the cable car, perfect for exploring the area. We enjoyed a lovely evening walk up the Orme right after check-in. Additionally, the convenient access to the shopping center without needing to constantly drive was a big plus. The presence of the modern wine bar across the street serving superb food added to the charm of the location.
Dining

The dining experience was superb. The friendly staff made dining a pleasure, and the meals were excellent. However, they tended to plate up larger portions even when we asked for smaller ones, which was a minor inconvenience.

The hotel offered great facilities. From the inviting dining area to the private side room with a large table, everything was well-appointed and enhanced our stay.

The hotel offers a cosy and exceptionally clean stay with the convenience of having our own single room for our daughter and an adjoining bathroom. The service was top-notch, the Polish waitress was incredibly helpful, and the staff were friendly during check-in. The location is ideal, just off the seafront, providing great views and easy access to local attractions. The dining experience was pleasant with freshly cooked options, although a bit limited for vegetarians. Overall, a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere at a good value.
